Unescapable Pull
My three year old just couldn’t help himself. Like a black hole pulling it in; his blue bouncy ball had to go in that subwoofer’s port hole. Not sure yet if permanent damage resulted.
In Good Company
For our 10 year anniversary I wanted to spend a romantic evening with my wife and let her get to know some of my good friends a little better; you know some of the guys like D-Will, Ronnie B, Booz, Memo, and AK47. That’s right, bring on the romance and …the Utah Jazz.
Little did we know President Monson would also be present. Of course we were about 3 rows from the ceiling while President Monson was about 3 rows from the court. I do wonder if the fans around his seat behaved better than those around us did. Also I guess I can no longer say I’ve never even been in the same room as the Prophet.
When does $4 equal $1,000?
…when you find the oil leak after the snowmobile engine seizes. Or in my case when your wife finds the oil leak after having the engine rebuilt. That’s a hard lesson in basic order of operations. But it’s hard to argue with the views.

My rating: 5 of 5 stars This book is about being an artist. Whether you're a painter or an accountant you can bring unique talents to the job and become indispensable, a linchpin. I've been reading Seth's daily blog for a long time, but I'm embarrassed to say this was my first time reading one of his books. It was eye opening. This reviewer summed it up nicely: "Too many people accept a day's pay for a day's work. They clock in, do their work like automatons, and clock out. Most businesses never tap the creativity or passion that people have, and most people believe that stuff belongs at home, or in the gym, the lodge, the classroom or the garage, rather than in the cubicle.
